Strategic Employee Benefits & Healthcare Cost Consulting

Core Benefits partners with growth-focused employers to design smarter benefits strategies, reduce healthcare costs, and build stronger workforce programs.

We serve as strategic advisors to CEOs, CFOs, and HR leaders at companies with 50–500 employees — helping them move beyond reactive renewals into long-term, sustainable benefits architecture.

Healthcare Costs Keep Rising. Most Employers Are Trapped.

You're not alone. The employers we speak with every day describe the same frustrations:

  • Double-digit renewal increases — year after year
  • No visibility into what's actually driving costs
  • A broker who only shows up at renewal season
  • PEO arrangements that made sense years ago — but are now expensive and inflexible
  • HR and payroll systems that don't talk to each other
  • Compliance obligations that feel like a moving target

The traditional fully insured model was never designed for long-term cost control.

A More Strategic Approach to Employee Benefits

We don't just place coverage. We partner with leadership teams to build sustainable, long-term benefits and human capital strategies.

Diagnose

We conduct a comprehensive analysis of your current benefits cost structure, funding model, workforce demographics, vendor relationships, and compliance posture. We identify what's working, what's leaking, and where the opportunities are.

Design

We build a tailored benefits architecture aligned with your financial objectives, workforce needs, and long-term business goals — not just next year's renewal.

Implement

We coordinate the integration of funding strategy, plan design, compliance infrastructure, HR technology, and employee communication — managing the complexity so you don't have to.

Optimize

We monitor performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategically throughout the year. Not just once at renewal.
